Transparency report
This page reports our content moderation under Articles 15 and 24 of the Digital Services Act (DSA). The figures come from our append-only audit record and from support tickets; they are aggregate numbers only and contain no personal data.
1. Moderation decisions and notices
2. How we make decisions
We act only against content that breaches our Terms of Service (mainly by taking a game down). Every decision is recorded in our audit log; when we restrict someone’s content we send the affected maker a statement of reasons setting out the decision, the facts and grounds, the terms relied on, the territorial scope and the redress available.
3. Appeals and redress
Affected users may lodge an internal complaint through the appeal page within six months of receiving the notice; a human reviews it and replies by in-site message. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the DSA, or seek judicial redress. Copyright claims may also be sent to dmca@yonest.games.
4. Methodology and retention
The reporting period is the last 12 months, counted by the date each decision or notice was made. We update this report at least once a year. The audit record is append-only and kept for dispute resolution; it is not personal data and is therefore unaffected by account deletion.
